Cormac started Carnuff Coffee in 2025 after noticing the same thing again and again at events across Ireland.

Through his work, Cormac attended a lot of events where no expense was spared to look after guests except when it came to the coffee, which was usually poured from a flask and quickly forgotten.

 

Coffee is often the first thing people reach for at an event, so he never understood why it was treated as an afterthought.
